Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into beautiful, functional designs.

Key Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance user experience.
Design & Prototyping:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
Develop responsive and adaptive designs for various platforms (web, mobile).
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement designs.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and products.
Testing & Iteration:
Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to gather user insights.
Continuously improve designs based on feedback and data analysis.
Design Systems:
Maintain and improve design systems and style guides.
Ensure consistency in visual elements and interactions.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
1+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Skills
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
